What is Divorce 9-1-1?

This 4-week, 4-module course will help you survive the most stressful and difficult times of your divorce, those times when you feel like nothing else is working and you need immediate relief from the pain and struggle you are experiencing.

Drawing on tools from yoga, mindfulness, movement and meditation, Divorce 9-1-1 will help you create lasting change from the inside so that you can move forward more quickly, saving you hundreds or even thousands of dollars seeking help from therapists, healers and fighting out your battles through attorneys and court involvement.  

Why did I create this program for you?

A few years ago, I too was where you are now.  My hair was falling out, I couldn’t eat or sleep, I spent many days curled up in a little ball on my bedroom floor, wishing it could all be over, so that I didn’t have to suffer like that anymore.  My divorce brought up the most painful thoughts, beliefs and emotions that I had ever faced.

Fortunately, a good friend saw me in this 9-1-1 state and suggested I try Satori Coaching with her.  I was resistant at first, but gave it a try because I figured I had nothing to lose at that point, and to my surprise, I started to feel instant relief from my pain. 

The word “Satori” is a Zen Japanese word that describes the instant state of harmony that occurs when the body, mind, heart and spirit are in alignment.

You see, when you go through a divorce, all of these areas of your being are affected.  

The good news is that there are simple tools that I’ve learned and taught over the last 15 years of studying with master yoga, meditation and tantra teachers and also being an advanced teacher and certified Yoga Therapist and Satori Lifestyle Coach, helping people just like you to get through this time of chaos.  

Each module contains:

  • Video coaching session with Kathryn with tools and teachings to bring you relief immediately.
  • Written transcript of each coaching session to refer back to.
  • 3 video follow-along all-level mind-body practices that you will practice throughout the week to bring the body, mind and emotions to a state of harmony and balance.
  • Journaling exercises to create self-awareness and healing around pain of divorce.

How it works

Upon registration you will receive a username and password to access your course content for the Introduction and Module 1. Each week, for a total of 4 weeks, you’ll receive new content and exercises to complete for each module. After those 4 weeks, course materials and all updates to material will be available to you indefinitely.
